Ben is a third-year film major at Williams College. He is spending his Junior year at the Prague Film School in the advanced cinematography program.
Ben's multifaceted education in the liberal arts and film production, combined with his love of sound and editing, has led him to story-driven, emotionally evocative work.
Beyond narrative cinematography, Ben has created numerous performance videos for chamber music groups and has expanded his knowledge of recording and mixing techniques working in the Williams College recording studio. Also at Williams, Ben co-founded and serves as the technical director for Purple Valley Productions, the school's first club dedicated to film production, and works as a teaching assistant for video art classes. Beyond film, Ben enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and woodworking.
